Tim Crown is Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Insight Enterprises. The company, whose investments included engineering mobile technology,  has affiliations with 22 countries with more than 5000 employees and $5 billion in annual revenue. Among his many accomplishments, he is also Partner of AZ Crown Investments. As the son of a military officer, Crown  efficiently oversees a wide range of investments with a keen eye towards limited risks, high returns and strategic planning.

Crown was also the Chairman and Founder of Direct Alliance Corporation which is one of the largest onshore sales outsourcing companies in the technology industry.  Insight sold Direct Alliance in 2006.

Francis T. Corcoran

Former Legislator at Westchester County Board of Legislators

Francis T. Corcoran most recently was the President and Chief Administrative Officer the National Stock Exchange, Inc. (NSX), joining after consulting to the CBOE Stock Exchange on its acquisition of the NSX, until its sale in February 2015.  Mr. Corcoran has been working in the financial/capital markets arena for more than 30 years.  He has been active on the forefront of businesses that have significantly impacted the capital markets.

Mr. Corcoran was an Owner, Officer and Board Director of Institutional Shareholders Services – the largest Corporate Governance Advisory firm in the world.  He is a former Member of the Board of Directors for the Securities Industry Association (SIA) New York Chapter and was a Member of the Congressional Financial Services Advisory for the Chairman of the Financial Services Oversight Committee.  He is a Member of the Securities Trader Association and The National Corporate Directors Association.

The Honorable Francis T. Corcoran was a Westchester County Legislator from 2015 to 2018 and served as Chairman for the Committee on Environment & Health and was Vice-Chairman for Infrastructure and a Member of the Budget & Appropriations, Public Safety and Social Services and Labor, Parks, Planning & Housing and Energy & Regional Efficiencies Committees.  He was one of three Legislators making-up the Westchester County Airport Task Force, charged with overseeing the public/private partnership process.  Prior to the County, he was a Town Councilman for The Town of Bedford for 13 years.

As active participant in both local and state government, he is one of the three outside Directors on the Board for the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC).  The EFC is one of the largest issuers of public debt ($20+ billion) in the Country and provides low-cost financing for local wastewater and drinking water infrastructure.  EFC invests more than $1 billion each year in water-quality improvements through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund – the largest and most-active revolving loans funds in the nation – along with its award-winning Green Innovation Grant Program.  At the EFC he is Chairman of the Finance Committee and a Member of the Audit and the Corporate Governance Committees. He has served four Governors in this role.

As a Member of the Management Advisory Board to the Inspector General of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, he has served as the Acting Board Chairman since 2003 and has also served four Governors in this role. The Office of the Inspector General is an independent oversight agency, which reviews the operations of the MTA, and its constituent agencies, comprising of 650,000 employees and operating in three states. He is a Board Member of the Metro-North Railroad Commuter Council and the Permanent Citizens Advisory Committee to the MTA.

Demetrios Diakolios

Demetrios Diakolios is a member of the Advisory Board of Sciens Capital, a multi-billion USD asset management firm. He works in the Real Asset investing platform with a concentration on energy related businesses focusing on midstream, processing and storage assets. Mr. Diakolios is the founding member of Monolith Energy Management, which through its portfolio company Aduro Resources produces oil and gas out of the Montney Formation in British Columbia. Prior to this he was a Portfolio Manager for Energy with Caxton Associates where he managed a $200 million USD book in liquid investments. In addition, he worked for 12 years with the Louis Dreyfus Group of companies where he helped build the energy trading and infrastructure businesses including running the hedging program for the Wilhelmshaven Refinery for both crude and products.  He began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston where he traded foreign currencies and precious metals and their associated derivatives.

Tom Florence is CEO of 361 Capital, approximately a $2 billion asset manager focused on alternative investing. He has over 33 years of experience in the financial services industry and 15 years dedicated to alternative investing. Over his career, he has been directly or indirectly responsible for raising over $30 billion in investor capital. 361 is partnering with SP to launch an infrastructure and impact investing fund to be launched in March.

Pete Higgins

Pete Higgins is a founding partner of Second Avenue Partners, one of Seattle’s most experienced teams providing management, strategy and capital to early-stage companies.

Prior to founding Second Avenue Partners, Mr. Higgins spent 16 years at Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Higgins was a member of the Office of the President, reporting to CEO Bill Gates. He was group vice president of the Interactive Media Group at Microsoft from 1996 to 1998. As head of the Interactive Media Group, he was responsible for Microsoft’s online, consumer software, and hardware businesses.

Mr. Higgins joined Microsoft in 1983. From 1995 to 1996, he was group vice president of Applications and Content, responsible for Microsoft Office consumer and online applications. From 1992 to 1995, he was senior vice president of the Desktop Applications division, where he was responsible for developing, marketing and localizing Microsoft Office. From 1988 to 1992, he was general manager and then vice president of the Analysis Business Unit, leading the rise of Microsoft Excel to the leadership position in the personal computer spreadsheet market.

Mr. Higgins is the chairman of SEEQ Corporation and a director of WISErg Corp.   He is the former chairman of Market Leader (OTC: LEDR), Insitu Corporation, Modumetal, and director of ADIC Corp.

Mr. Higgins serves on the board of trustees for The Brookings Institution and the advisory boards for the Woods Institute for the Environment, and Precourt Institute for Energy at Stanford University, and the Stanford Athletics Board.

Larry Wieseneck

Larry Wieseneck is Managing Director and Co-President of Cowen and Company. Previously he was COO and Head of Merchant Banking at Roundtable Investment Partners. For almost 20 years, he was with Barclays and its predecessor, Lehman Brothers. During his tenure, he served in a variety of senior roles including Co-Head of Securities where he was responsible for global sales, structuring and senior relationship management businesses across all asset classes as well as Chief Strategy Officer where he was responsible for oversight and execution of the division’s strategy.

He also served as Head of Global Finance and Risk Solutions where he was responsible globally for the debt capital markets, equity capital markets and corporate risk management groups.
