Arnold Albiar serves as SP’s Chief of Staff in the state of Hawai’i. Mr. Albiar brings extensive experience in managing multiple operations along with impressive expertise developing transportation organizations to include standard transit vehicles and electric vehicles.

Mr. Albiar has lived in Hawai’i for over 20 years and is a U.S. veteran. He is instrumental in SP’s successful implementation of Electric Vehicles as a Service™ throughout the Hawaiian islands and mainland U.S.

Mr. Albiar’s proven track record in successfully communicating with all levels of staff, management, client organizations, and stakeholders has helped him achieve positive business results and raving fan customers.
