Sustainability Partners LLC (SP) pays to replace old infrastructure with new. Furthermore, SP pays to keep that new infrastructure forever young with well-funded maintenance, upgrades and eventual replacement. SP requires no facility guarantees, minimums or multi-year contracts. The new infrastructure is simply paid for by usage fees, when and if used. Thus, a school that is closed during the summer or spring break incurs no fees to SP.
We can replace old HVAC, lighting, boilers, toilets, sprinklers, insulation, windows, motors, freezer cases, cooling towers, chillers and pumps. Once replaced, SP keeps these items performing reliably and efficiently. All usage is measured with direct sub-meters pushing data to the cloud 24×7. Using this data, your facility, the manufacturers, the service providers and SP receives real-time alerts for any potential outages or performance problems.
Your electric, gas, and water companies handle everything from the outside wall of your building back to the point of production. We can handle everything on the inside. Just like them, we’re month-to-month. Just like them, we maintain the infrastructure at no cost to you. Just like them, you sign up and go, without the need for long procurement cycles.
Collaborating closely with vendors and their prospective customers to offer materials, product installation, long-term support, and guaranteed performance, SP pays for it all!! This is NOT a loan, lease, financing agreement, bond, ESCO, installment purchase, rental, or ordinary sharing-agreement; we pay 100% of materials, installation, maintenance and upgrades. You are protected from economic risk and lower your infrastructure costs at the same time.
We typically work with renovation or retrofit projects, where some kind of old equipment can be replaced to save energy, however, we can also work on new construction where you’d like to use more efficient systems, but are limited by the construction budget.
We work with a variety of customers ranging from municipalities to hospitals, and airports to prisons. Learn more about who we work with here.
