Workforce Housing as a Service™

A New Way to Deliver Essential Housing

Housing is Critical Infrastructure

Across the country, communities are struggling to provide attainable housing for the teachers, first responders, healthcare workers, hospitality employees, municipal staff, and other essential workers who keep local economies and public services running.

Yet developing new housing can require significant upfront capital, specialized expertise, and coordination across design, construction, infrastructure, and long-term asset care.

Sustainability Partners offers a new approach.

Through Infrastructure as a Service®, SP helps public entities quickly deliver quality workforce housing without the traditional upfront capital investment. Our model brings together the resources, partners, and long-term support needed to move housing projects from identified need to completed homes.

Why Communities Choose SP

  • No Upfront Capital
  • Turnkey Delivery
  • Faster Deployment
  • Long-Term Partnership

A Better Way to Deliver Workforce Housing

Traditional housing development can be difficult for municipalities to undertake on their own. Projects may compete with other capital priorities while requiring expertise and resources that local governments do not maintain internally.

SP creates another path by delivering workforce housing through Infrastructure as a Service®. From initial planning through construction and long-term maintenance, SP helps facilitate the project, with no upfront capital required. Once the housing is complete and available for use, customers pay a predictable monthly usage fee.

Sustainability Partners Facilities the Entire Project Including:

  • Site evaluation
  • Project planning
  • Design
  • Construction partner coordination
  • Modular housing procurement, where appropriate
  • Site infrastructure
  • Construction management
  • Long-term maintenance
  • Future additions or expansion
