A community-minded city with aspirations to make significant infrastructure improvements found itself constrained by its bonding capacity. Seeking to provide an “all weather” destination sports complex to benefit the community’s children and grandchildren while also drastically improving the local economy, Crowley sought an innovative way to make its dreams of impactful infrastructure upgrades a reality.
The City of Scott had a strategic growth plan to improve the community with sustainable infrastructure that would also increase tourism plus offer a modern and beautiful venue for youth sports, tournaments, and community events. The City envisioned a new state-of-the-art sports complex but had no idea they’d be able to get it done within a matter months working with SP!
