With ERS, we simplify the replacement of critical infrastructure through a four-step process:
Execute Agreement
Sign SP’s 10-page Master Utility Service Agreement with the ERS addendum for design, engineering, sourcing, and vendor contracting.
Funding & Facilitation
SP facilitates the funding and agreed-upon work. Upon completion and approval, the ERS monthly retainer begins.
Expedited Replacement
Notify SP of asset failure, and we’ll quickly agree on a mutual plan. Your staff then executes the SP-generated Notice-to-Proceed.
Monthly Billing
Once the replacement is approved and operational, you’ll receive a usage-based bill, and the retainer ends.
