Jake Beebe

In this role, Jake leads his team through each phase of project delivery including collaboration, design, engineering, negotiation, procurement, installation, training, maintenance, and upgrades. His focus on efficient processes, best business practices, and building strong customer relationships has made him a cornerstone of SP’s ability to execute at scale.

Jake brings more than 20 years of MEP construction consulting and engineering experience to SP. Prior to joining the company, he served as Mechanical Project Manager at M&E Consulting, where he led teams executing HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, and medical gas projects ranging between $250-500 million annually across hospitals, schools, office buildings, and municipal facilities. Jake’s background across public sector environments gives him a firsthand understanding of the unique demands SP’s customers face and what it takes to deliver a successful outcome.

Jake is known for his thoughtful approach to large-scale projects and his remarkable ability to effectively manage teams. His sharp problem-solving instincts and well-developed understanding of risk management allow him to anticipate challenges and keep initiatives on track. His strategic leadership and dedication to sustainable infrastructure continue to shape smarter systems nationwide, delivering reliable, future-ready solutions for the communities SP serves.

He holds a M.S. in Engineering and will receive his Doctorate of Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in August 2026, as well as a B.S. in Environmental Science, Summa Cum Laude, from American Public University. He holds multiple certifications including LEED BD+C, Six Sigma Black Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt, and LEAN Manufacturing Practices and became a published author in 2017. Outside of work, Jake enjoys attending sporting events and taking trips to the beach with his family.
