Prior to joining SP, he was an Associate Director at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), where he led underwriting and due diligence for complex project financings in emerging markets on behalf of the U.S. Government.

Before DFC, his private sector work included directing underwriting for investments across the real estate, hospitality, and energy sectors throughout the United States, Latin America, and Africa.

Ariel holds dual Master’s degrees in Construction Management and Real Estate Development from the University of Miami, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Talmudic Law. He is passionate about impact investing and sustainable development. Ariel lives in Miami with his wife and three kids.
