Alayna Violette-Garcia joins Sustainability Partners as an Associate, bringing a strong background in administration, operations, and billing. She thrives in fast-paced settings and is known for her upbeat energy, attention to detail, and dedication to keeping teams organized and supported.
Previously, Alayna worked as a Senior Billing Specialist at Garth Corp., where she contributed to projects involving hydro excavation, underground utilities, environmental services, bulk transportation, demolition, and emergency response operations. In this role, she supported both project managers and field teams, coordinated scheduling and dispatch, managed job-related documentation and billing, and assisted clients across both corporate and public-sector environments—including EPCOR, APS, SRP, school districts, and wastewater treatment facilities. Service-minded and always ready to jump in where needed, she became a reliable resource for both field and office teams.
Alayna holds a B.S. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her husband and their dog. She is also committed to community service, regularly volunteering to help feed the homeless and support local animal shelters.
