Prior to joining SP, Wagner built more than a decade of experience in Learning and Development across SaaS, financial services, and education. Most recently, she served as an L&D Specialist at Melio and Floify, where she designed scalable training programs, led learning management system transitions, developed and delivered training for employees and clients, and managed cross-functional projects that improved operational efficiency and employee development. Earlier in her career, she spent six years as an elementary school teacher, developing expertise in curriculum design, coaching, and performance development.

Wagner specializes in learning strategy, onboarding, employee enablement, content development, and process improvement, helping employees learn, adopt new ways of working, and succeed in their roles. She earned her Master of Arts in Education and Human Development, Early Literacy, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Colorado Denver, and her Bachelor of Arts in Insurance/Risk Management, Cum Laude, from The University of Olivet.
