Hogan Guidry, P.E.

In this role, Hogan manages the full lifecycle of infrastructure initiatives including LED lighting upgrades, wastewater treatment plant improvements, comprehensive water meter system upgrade, potable water installations, and lift station projects, with a focus on delivering efficient, high-quality results for the communities SP serves.

Known for going above and beyond in every relationship he builds, Hogan has a remarkable ability to turn all stakeholders including SP’s customers, vendors, and team members into raving fans. His combination of technical expertise and genuine investment in the people he works with creates lasting partnerships that extend well beyond individual projects. That same energy defines how he leads SP’s mainland team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service at every level.

Hogan brings a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, project management, and technical sales to his work at SP. Prior to joining the company, he served as Mechanical Project Manager at M&E Consulting, where he designed and managed the construction of HVAC, plumbing, and sprinkler systems for commercial retail buildings, hospitals, warehouses, and industrial sites across Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Before that, Hogan worked as a Technical Sales Engineer at Nalco Champion, managing chemical programs for multimillion-dollar deepwater offshore oil and gas production platforms and presenting quarterly business reviews to executive-level stakeholders.

Hogan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Louisiana. Outside of work, Hogan is a devoted husband and father of three who can often be found on the golf course, in the kitchen cooking up something special, or with his kids coaching whatever sport is in season.
