Chrystie Brandt, Associate

Chrystie Brandt serves as Associate Administrator where she helps transform infrastructure opportunities into successful, long-term customer partnerships across Hawaiʻi.

Working at the intersection of business development, customer engagement, project delivery, and operations, Chrystie plays a key role in supporting origination efforts, cultivating relationships, and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from initial engagement through project implementation and ongoing asset management.

Known for her proactive approach and commitment to customer success, Chrystie thrives on connecting people, solving problems, and helping projects move forward in ways that create lasting benefits for communities. By delivering responsive service and building trust along the way, she creates “raving fans” that support Sustainability Partners’ mission.

Her work spans project development, partner engagement, strategic outreach, conference and community engagement, compliance and reporting, contract administration, operational coordination, and cross-functional initiatives. She supports a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects, including EV fleets, charging infrastructure, solar and battery storage systems, microgrids, public sector facilities, and community resiliency initiatives.

Chrystie brings more than 20 years of experience in operations, project coordination, and customer engagement. Her background includes Disney Corporate Legal, where she supported senior legal counsel and executive leadership with day-to-day legal operations. Chrystie proudly served on active duty in the United States Army at Fort Stewart, Georgia, and Schofield Barracks, Hawaiʻi. Her military experience includes service as a Combat Medic, Executive Assistant, and Public Affairs Officer, where she supported senior leadership, strategic communications, and operational initiatives. She was awarded two Army Commendation Medals for service.

Chrystie is a committed advocate for sustainability, environmental stewardship, and community resilience in Hawaiʻi. She leads a local Aloha ʻĀina volunteer team on Oʻahu, organizing environmental restoration and community service. She also volunteers with the Kōkua Hawaiʻi Foundation which supports environmental education in Hawaiʻi’s schools and communities.

Chrystie holds a Master of Arts in Sustainability, a Master of Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, all from Hawaiʻi Pacific University. Her academic and professional interests focus on advancing public-private partnerships, resilient infrastructure, and community-centered solutions that support Hawaiʻi’s climate, transportation, and sustainability goals.
