Since joining SP, Bruce has supported public-sector infrastructure projects involving fleet electrification, EV charging infrastructure, microgrid development, and the modernization of critical infrastructure systems. He works closely with customers including the Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation Airports and Highways Divisions, Hawaiʻi Health Systems Corporation, and multiple County of Hawaiʻi departments, helping guide projects from planning and deployment through commissioning, maintenance, and long-term asset performance.
Bruce’s work reflects SP’s Infrastructure as a Service® model by emphasizing not only successful project delivery, but also ongoing maintenance, reliability, and lifecycle stewardship. He coordinates with customers, engineers, contractors, utilities, and vendors to help ensure infrastructure remains safe, reliable, and positioned to serve communities for years to come.
Bruce brings extensive experience with the challenges of aging equipment, deferred maintenance, and constrained budgets. His diverse expertise spans applications engineering, installation, maintenance, and reliability services for pumps and critical equipment across industrial, commercial, municipal water and wastewater, and residential markets. His project management experience encompasses emergency response services, precision maintenance, and critical equipment and system upgrades to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
Bruce holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management from Clarkson University and brings over 20 years of experience with prominent mechanical equipment distributors and service organizations. Throughout his career, he has advanced operational excellence through collaborative leadership, technical expertise, and a customer-focused approach.
