Cristina Roura

In this role, Cristina supports corporate and project accounting functions, including financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, investor reporting, and project-level financial analysis. She helps to strengthen accounting operations, support cross-functional collaboration, and provide reliable financial insight across the organization. 

Based in Orlando, Florida, Cristina brings experience across both public and industry accounting. Most recently, she worked in fund accounting at Bayview Asset Management and previously spent nearly nine years at Royal Caribbean in a variety of accounting roles. She holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA, and is recognized for her strong financial reporting background, process improvement mindset, and collaborative approach. Outside of work, Cristina enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family in Puerto Rico.
