Randy is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with over 16 years of experience in maintenance excellence across diverse industries, including aviation, vaccine manufacturing, radar systems, hospitality resorts, and facility management.

Originally from the Midwest, Randy started his career in Philadelphia, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. As a certified maintenance reliability professional, he excels at demonstrating and sharing best practices in preventative maintenance. His dedication to ensuring asset reliability through strategic maintenance practices aligns perfectly with Sustainability Partners’ vision to address deferred maintenance challenges within the community.

Now based in Kauai for over three and a half years, Randy is eager to leverage his expertise to serve his community through Sustainability Partners.
