Rosemary Sanchez

Rosemary’s responsibilities include month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and project analysis. She maintains strong accounting controls and supports audits and tax compliance, while also supporting the Legal, Capital, and Operations teams. Her work includes project invoicing for customers and approval of vendor invoices. Rose is recognized for her creative problem solving, quick thinking, and can-do attitude, and she is motivated by helping others, whether that means supporting her teammates or finding new ways to make a difference. 

Based in New Jersey, Rosemary brings over nine years of experience across public and private accounting, most recently at Veris Residential and URBY LLC. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Berkeley College and a Master of Science in Accounting from New Jersey City University. Outside of work, Rosemary loves spending time with her family, especially planning Disney trips to create special memories for her children. Her favorite part of planning? Using Excel to organize information, compare options, build budgets, and maximize the use of Lightning Lanes.
