She takes a hands-on approach — immersing herself in teams, roles, and daily operations to maintain a deep understanding of how the company functions. With over a decade of experience in education, Samantha began her career as a classroom teacher before transitioning into leadership roles focused on recruiting and HR strategy. Most recently, she served at Great Hearts Academies, a network of high-performing public charter schools with more than 30,000 students across 25 campuses. While there, she played a key role in helping launch a new campus and led the expansion of another by 40%, overseeing critical efforts in talent acquisition, onboarding, training, compliance, and organizational logistics.
