Senior Paralegal
Tracye Boegner serves as Senior Paralegal at Sustainability Partners, where she supports the legal team across a broad scope of responsibilities including customer contracts, NDAs, internal agreements, closing documents with investors, insurance administration, entity management, corporate compliance, and assists the General Counsel with all other projects and endeavors in support of the business objectives of the company.
Tracye is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to deliver results quickly. She works collaboratively across teams throughout the organization and is consistently relied upon to move work forward and improve processes with efficiency and care.
A seasoned corporate paralegal with 30 years of experience, prior to Sustainability Partners, Tracye served as Paralegal and Contracts Administrator at the Institute for Building Technology and Safety, where she helped build the Legal, Contracts, and Risk Management Department from the ground up.
She holds an Advanced Corporate Law Paralegal Certification with a 4.0 GPA from the American Institute of Paralegal Studies and an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from New York University.
