Before joining Sustainability Partners, Mr. Street built a distinguished career in the mortgage industry, where he led high-performing teams, streamlined operations, and shaped strategic financial solutions for clients across the country. As both a team leader and senior loan officer, he consistently improved processes, strengthened cross-department communication, and helped organizations achieve measurable gains in efficiency and profitability. His experience assessing complex financial profiles and designing mission-aligned solutions now informs his work with public partners seeking clarity, stability, and long-term value.

Mr. Street’s trademark strength is his ability to blend creativity, financial strategy, and community stewardship. Whether developing new operational processes, stewarding partnerships, or supporting local leaders through major infrastructure decisions, he brings a disciplined, purpose-driven approach rooted in transparency and trust.

Born and raised in Chicago and now a long-time resident of Louisiana, Mr. Street holds a B.A. in Mass Communication from Southern University, where he was inducted into the Southern University Athletic Hall of Fame for tennis. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, piano, and tennis.
