Building for the Workforce: Angel Fire Advancing Housing Project Through Sustainability Partners

For communities like Angel Fire, New Mexico, workforce housing isn’t just a housing issue—it’s essential infrastructure that supports the people who keep the community running.

After more than a year of exploring how to fund its workforce housing priorities, the Village of Angel Fire has approved the next phase of its initiative: 17 additional housing units through Sustainability Partners. The approach allows the Village to move construction forward without relying on traditional municipal borrowing.

The expansion is part of a broader long-term vision for Angel Fire that includes investments in housing, water infrastructure, transportation, and community resilience.
