Demetrios Diakolios is a member of the Advisory Board of Sciens Capital, a multi-billion dollar asset management firm. He works in the Real Asset investing platform with a concentration on energy related businesses focusing on midstream, processing, and storage assets. 

Mr. Diakolios is the founding member of Monolith Energy Management which through its portfolio company, Aduro Resources, produces oil and gas out of the Montney Formation in British Columbia.

Prior to this, he was a Portfolio Manager for Energy with Caxton Associates where he managed a $200 million book in liquid investments. In addition, Mr. Diakolios worked for 12 years with the Louis Dreyfus Group of companies where he helped build the energy trading and infrastructure businesses including running the hedging program for the Wilhelmshaven Refinery for both crude and products. He began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston trading foreign currencies and precious metals with their associated derivatives.
